Former President Barack Obama said the U.S. needs to "reimagine" how law enforcement works following the death of Daunte Wright, who was shot by a police officer in a Minneapolis suburb on Sunday.
Wright's death occurred at the same time and in the same area as the trial of former officer Derek Chauvin, who is charged with murdering George Floyd, whose death sparked protests and riots across the country.

Right....Police will no longer carry guns and will have a target on the back of their uniform.
I would like to REIMAGINE, that people comply with directives that they get from police officers whose duty is to promote peace, civil discord, and order. Why not tell those who object, to tell their little ones, to obey the orders of uniformed officers asking them to get out of a car, or to get into a car..and NOT to resist.... would this help in our discourse?
Obama is a HUGE part of the problem. If he had ask the “black community” to allow due process to play out in the Trevon Martin case maybe the “black community” would’ve calmed down and accepted the truth. Instead, Obama threw gasoline on the fire and it’s still burning.

There just was..in Maryland, someone opened fire on cops, thankfully no one was injured but the perp has not been located
