BREAKING: House and Senate Dems Plan Bill To Pack The Court, Adding Four Justices

Democrats in both the House and Senate are reportedly constructing legislation to be released on Thursday to pack the Supreme Court, adding four justices.

The Intercept reported, “The bill would add four seats to the high court, bringing the total to 13, from the current 9. The number of justices on the Court has fluctuated widely throughout the course of the nation’s history. Republicans currently hold 6 seats, while Democrats hold just 3 after the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg and the quick confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett.”

The bill is reportedly being led by Rep. Jerry Nadler, Rep. Hank Johnson, and Rep. Mondair Jones in the house. In the Senate, it is being led by Sen. Ed Markey.

The move to pack the courts effectively ends the balance of power by skewing the judicial branch toward the left. The standard of 9 justices has maintained the same since 1869.

During his campaign, Biden refused to answer if he was for packing the Supreme Court, saying “You’ll know my opinion on court packing when the election is over.” It looks like we have our answer.

Packing the Supreme Court just means the Uniparty will have to bribe or extort more members.

The entire Supreme Court is illegitimate for their refusal to address that Kamala Harris is sitting in a job that she's not constitutionally eligible for since she's not a natural born citizen as her parents were not U.S. citizens when she was born.

Agreed with the irony and sarcasm. The fruitcake contingency will soon be eliminated from political consideration. Moderated political media machines are under construction. When the time is right, candidates will metaphorically toss them from the train. The reasoning voter majority is fed up with those victims of whatever turned them into zombies.
