Same here- I’m not putting my life in the hands of any cop who thinks he’s in a life or death situation. I’m going to behave so calmly...
There are great protections for people in custody.
You can watch plenty of videos of perfectly calm people getting shot by police. Like the situation where a psychiatric nurse is in the street with a patient and doing everything that the police tell him to do, while explaining what the situation is. He still gets shot. Fortunately he was not killed, just wounded.
Remember- it’s OK if the cop panics and shoots. It’s NOT OK if you panic and fail to follow the good officer’s orders.
there’s no such thing as a bad shoot to most around here.
