Not sure how to respond.

It may be your scorn towards me is based on your belief about abortion being the unpardonable sin.

What would have headed me towards hell is rejecting Jesus as my Lord and Savior.

Yes, the abortion itself would have surely haunted me in hell as I would have remembered it, with the knowledge at that time the evil act that I paid to have done to my unborn child.

Satan uses any sinful act as a tool for Lost people to use against both their Lost brethren (to keep them in darkness away from the gift of Salvation) as well as a tool used by those who either are saved or perceive themselves to be saved and ‘better’ than others because their own sins weren’t really bad compared to some others.

That of course, is a most dangerous way to look at things.

The Lost will find themselves in utter pain and despair, separate from the Light.

The Saved, will to the surprise of some, have to declare their unspoken sins as well. The difference is Jesus paid the cost for ours. Who am I to do anything except be so grateful for His loving sacrifice? When I get big headed it’s a really quick and sharp fall for this lady. I’ve tried to remember that when my mouth gets too big.

So many Christians have really and truly forgotten the smallest sin in their life is the same cost as a larger sin. The person with the worst sins are often the most grateful, I believe, because they know, I mean, they *know* how evil they were as Lost souls.

Either way, we’re all going to confess and kneel at the sight of the LORD.

If you were hoping to shame me for being grateful for the forgiveness of the horrible, terrible sin.... I am truly sorry you felt that way.

As a woman who’s been Forgiven under the Blood of the Lamb, I’m simply grateful beyond measure that He was willing to die for me out of His love for His Father.
