Approximately 800 Department of Defense employees and members of the military community who received COVID-19 vaccines at Fort George G. Meade on April 7 and on April 12 will likely need to get a third dose after Kimbrough Ambulatory Center discovered some of the vials of the Moderna vaccine were improperly stored.
Eighty vials of the vaccine were stored outside of the temperature range recommended by Moderna, which affects the viability, according to a statement from Kimbrough Ambulatory Center, the main medical facility at Fort Meade. The doses were administrated on April 7 and April 12.
Due to the improper storage, Moderna and the Immunization Health Branch of the Defense Health Agency could not guarantee that the doses of the vaccine will provide full protection, according to a news release. Those who received the shots will be offered another dose.
Kimbrough staff will be contacting those who received the doses that were improperly stored in order to answer any questions and schedule another shot appointment. There is no known risk for potential harm from receiving the improperly stored doses

Well kinda does...I think the Covid tests are whacked.
It takes 4 doses of the polio vaccine before you’re fully vaccinated.
More doses of the same vaccine simply kicks up the immune system’s response. More lymphocytes get recruited to fight the “infection”.
Maybe. I doubt you will get wings and a horn. No telling what the long term implications are. Maybe nothing. Maybe something. No one knows.

Maybe they should check it out. Just because they are not aware of it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exit. Say, Agent Orange .... there was no known risk at the time.
