Citizens of Texas may openly and freely carry a weapon of their choice without necessity of a permit, exam, or any other restriction.

Complicated? Yes

Here was the original bill that passed the house.

I’ve not read Patrick’s proposal, but the original bill is complicated enough. If his is more complicated, it is probably not a good bill. For me, Simple Works.

It will be interesting to see who is influencing Dan.
