China also has the majority of global mining agreements for Rare Earth Minerals such as used in lithium batteries.

It is not so much the mining, we are prohibited from processing it. Rare Earths are not rare at all.

Congress needs to pass a law limiting imports to only nations which meet minimum pay and labor laws analogous t those in the United States, scaled to their own economies.
