Entertainment industry nitwits (including pro athletes) should not be able to call officers for help, or better yet, be laughed at over the phone.

Looks like the proverbial saddle that was “road hard and hung up wet”.
The song “Roseanna” was about her. She was the band’s tramp or something. Calling her a star is quite a stretch. She hasn’t done anything worthwhile in about 30 years.
