People living near George Floyd Square are reportedly asking when Minneapolis police officers will answer their calls for assistance, according to WCCO.
“Early Thursday morning, a domestic assault victim called 911 for help. Even though she had been cut and was bleeding, she was told to relocate a block away so police could respond,” the outlet said.
Other residents have also reportedly been wondering when police will get inside the “no-go zone” to provide assistance.
“George Floyd Square has been a place for mourning and healing for the thousands who pay a visit. But for the people who live there, once night falls, they say it becomes a place where lawlessness abounds,” the WCCO article continued:

The lawless left wants to push us to a law and order free zone. Then they can control things with their own militias.

My take is a little different.
If the police will not go there, the good people there should all get together and agree that on a certain time each and every one of them will shoot a BLM or antifa and if lucky several of each.
Two or three hundred rifles fired within a few hours of each other would solve a lot of problems.
After it is over and the police get up the nerve to come....

I thought social workers and community activists applauded the risk to their OWN lives with their demands to end policing?

It’s a Schrödinger’s cat situation. When police do get involved, they get dragged through the mud for oppressing people. When they stay away, they become responsible for all the crimes they could have prevented.
Well, the easy response is the police were defunded just enough so as to comply with your wishes not to answer calls to your community seeing as how you did not want them there.
The way human nature works is when the community says F the police, the police say F the community. It’s called being human.
Better....tell them to call lebrainless.
