STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Local veterans want to know why they can’t march down Forest Avenue to celebrate Memorial Day, but just last week supporters of legal marijuana got to parade down Broadway carrying a giant joint.
James Haynes, CEO of United Staten Island Veterans’ Organization Inc. (USIVO), said they want to be able to “honor those veterans, current and past, who have served this great nation” in the annual parade that’s more than a century old.

Have a protest against not being able to March.
If the Left didn’t have double standards they would have no standards at all.
Down the tubes too far to be saved. That should be our new national motto I fear.
They need to contact grandstanding national GOP figures. The only thing that works for this in a short period of time is the glare of cameras and bad publicity.
The left knows how powerful protesting is, which is why they want to secure their exclusive ability to use them.
Yep. Don’t ask for permission. Just do it.
You dare to ask Why? Because you deplorables support the Constitution and served in the horrid military.
You clash with the narrative so nobly represented by pot-smoking, Antifa and BLM protestors.
Luckily, in a few years after these wretched veterans pass away, members of the current woke, transgender,
pregnant women-in-combat, intersectionality, LBGTQ+ warriors will be able to parade with complete, gay pride abandon.

Paging Frank Morano.
It’s because our government hates you. Once you accept that everything else makes sense.

That’s cuz some are more equal than others.
NOTHING announces the decline and impending fall of the USA more indelibly than this article.
Yet the signs of decay are everywhere, all around, there for all to see. And all do see save the willingly blind--and they too are everywhere!
