The bacterial flagellum for one. And at this point they have discovered a single, human cell is so complex it couldn’t have ever evolved. In Darwin’s day they still believed cells were basically a mass of fluid with a core and that was about it.

Here’s another. How about human egg/sperm? Why on earth would anything “evolve” to need a second sex to continue living? The butterfly/moth is another. What “evolution” decides it’s a fantastic idea to go into a cocoon, basically dissolve yourself, and emerge a completely different creature with 100% different digestive system, different body structure, different number of legs....nope. God the Gret Designer was responsible for all of it :)
