I would like to know the rationale for the 70% number. Why not 50% or 65%?
If he’s gonna lift everything else on May 15, he should simply lift the remaining mask mandates as well. Even the Centers for Diseased Control say that if you’re fully vaccinated, you can drop the mask indoors.
