Likable young Chinaman. Can he do the job? The key question is how likable he is. Problems there will take someone who is not so likable to fix. Ask Rudy. If this fella has higher office aspirations he’ll have to succeed as mayor first and I’m sure he has it in him. If he comes out as a good guy there’s no hope.
