The think the right fails to acknowledge is that the left has a whole different set of metrics for which they consider success. So Moore’s comment of “if Biden wants to be a successful president...” doesn’t hold water. More welfare, more government dependence and control, those are hallmarks of success for the left. Not the stock market, not unemployment being low, new business start ups, etc.
The country club GOP needs to get off of “we both want the same things, we just have different paths to get there”.. No, we don’t want the same things.

The left fetishizes science, like some stone age cargo cult in the South Pacific. They don’t really understand it or how it works, but they think if they invoke its name and trappings, they can get some of its legitimacy to cover their own illogical ideas.
