The Biden administration said Monday it will begin disbursing the monthly payments to families as a result of the child tax credit increase authorized in the recently enacted the American Families Plan.
The money will starting July 15 go to low-and-moderate-income families – $250 a month for each child over 6 or $300 for each child under 6.
"The American Rescue Plan is delivering critical tax relief to middle class and hard-pressed working families with children," said Biden, according to The Hill. "With today's announcement, about 90% of families with children will get this new tax relief automatically."
Roughly 39 million households, covering 88% of children in the U.S., will receive the monthly payments. The payments will be calculated based on the taxpayer's 2020 tax returns.
The $1.9 trillion American Families Plan was in March passed by Congress and signed into law. The packages extended the tax credit, increased the number of eligible families to receive aid and provided half of the funds for the monthly payments through December.
I’ve wondered about this. So, we can expect checks for our two kids beginning in July? Thank you Uncle Bob, guess it will go for guns, ammo, or vacations.

Look around at the increase in AI and automation. This is how we build a world where there are vanishingly few jobs and most people serve no purpose.
Look around at pandemics and experimental vaccine that might get mandated. This is how de-population is possible.
Look around at increased Government Tyranny, constant surveillance and arbitrary, constantly changing rules. This is how a government can control a population that is idle and bored and able to cause trouble.
Look at the Left play the Long Game — taking over Schools, Media, Law Courts, and both political parties. This is how you lose a country and the Rule of Law.
Look at Conservatives focused on their own, job, their own family, and — at best — “investment opportunities” in AI and Robot technology. This is how you allow the other side to win everything and end up sitting on the couch waiting for your next check from the government,afraid to go outside because you might get in trouble.
Money can’t buy happiness. But it sure beats what ever is in second place.

Orwell knew. We are in a bad place and I think most people have no idea. But Orwell knew.
