Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush (R), said he would support former President Trump in a 2024 presidential run, but pushed back on the former president’s claims that the election was stolen.
“I think there was fraud and irregularity, I just don’t think it was in a sum that would have overturned the election result,” the son of former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) told Texas Tribune reporter Evan Smith.

During the interview, Bush indicated he is considering a run for attorney general in Texas.

George P. Bush is the son of Jeb Bush, the former Florida governor defeated by Trump in the 2016 GOP presidential primary. Trump famously mocked Jeb Bush, who had been seen as the front-runner for the GOP nomination that cycle, for being low energy.

That statement in itself is exactly what I would expect. If there is an admittance to irregularities and fraud, then the acceptance that there is also no way of determining how much becomes a reality as we are talking about trying to, literally, guess at something he is neither trained in, has overseen, or even knows where all the voting possibilities are located through 50 states. This is an idiotic statement and further represents the stupidity and lack of effort to any truths within the election. And as an educated man, with the knowledge of people doing illegal things, he for one as an AG should know better. Doesn’t say much for his ability to reason or intelligence altogether.

1. How would he know? He can tell the IRS I don’t think my company owes any taxes. IRS will say, show me the audit.
