That statement in itself is exactly what I would expect. If there is an admittance to irregularities and fraud, then the acceptance that there is also no way of determining how much becomes a reality as we are talking about trying to, literally, guess at something he is neither trained in, has overseen, or even knows where all the voting possibilities are located through 50 states. This is an idiotic statement and further represents the stupidity and lack of effort to any truths within the election. And as an educated man, with the knowledge of people doing illegal things, he for one as an AG should know better. Doesn’t say much for his ability to reason or intelligence altogether.

In other words, fraud and irregularities occurred, but we shouldn't turn over that rock to see how bad it was.

Is he saying there shouldn't be audits? Turn over the rock. We still won't get an answer about how many votes are illegitimate and should be excluded. Trump still isn't going to become the winner.

I don't know if he's that educated, but he probably understands the impossibility of changing the results, and that's why he answered as he did.
