Planting the Flag: The States will be Sovereign

Four months into the Biden administration, we are starting to get a clear picture of what is happening to our country. The mask, if it was ever actually on, has come off. This administration and its far-Left puppet masters have veered so far from the mainstream as to almost make Barack Obama resemble a moderate.

Whatever ruse Biden was pulling during the Democrat primary and then the general election, when he portrayed himself as the working-class hero, lunch pail Uncle Joe, moderate blue-collar guy from Scranton, has been revealed as a total fraud. When Biden stated, “I’m not Bernie Sanders” maybe he was being honest, for in fact, he seems to have gone to the left of even Bernie.

That the administration sees a very small window of time to push this radical agenda is obvious; it is on overdrive to transform America in record time. The litany of disastrous polices that have been pushed, floated, and introduced is mind-boggling. From packing the Supreme Court, D.C. statehood, massive tax increases, eliminating the Electoral College, federalizing the entire election system, free college tuition, massive spending and a Green New Deal, and the opening of our southern border, one’s head spins trying to keep up. The nation is in crisis and the future of our Republic balances on a knife edge.

The most dangerous of these transformative changes is the attempt to nationalize the electoral system through the Orwellian named “For the People Act.” The result would be nothing short of the shredding of the Constitution, the obliteration of state sovereignty and at the risk of hyperbole, the end of the Republic. That the 10th Amendment, with its clear limitations on federal power, has been seriously eroded over the past century is not debatable.

It’s going to be an uphill battle, not only against the Federal leviathan of entrenched bureaucrats but the Federal courts as well. They have all arrogated power to themselves that is prohibited by a plain reading of the constitution.

Mention the 10th Amendment to yo typical lawyer (who is almost invariably a Leftist). They laugh in your face if dare mention how this Amendment should limit federal power.

The Feds don't like states resisting.
A couple of weeks ago Kim Reynolds of Iowa told Joepedo to pound sand with his illegal aliens and after puffing up and making a bunch of noise, the illegitimate feds quietly went away.
It can be done, but as stated in the article, the governors need a pretty stiff spine.

<>This is the time for a state, better yet, a group of states, to plant the flag and take a stand against the tyrannical centralization of power that we are witnessing before our very eyes from this administration. The only bulwark against this power grab can come from the states.<>

<>This effort will force a confrontation, a constitutional confrontation that has a chance to save the Republic and preserve the Union that the Founders bequeathed to us.<>

Slowly, conservatives are reasoning themselves into supporting an Article V Convention of the States.

Speaking of Sovereignty what about the treatment of Americans in Mexico

NO BORDER PROTECTION WALLS TORN DOWN
What are the effects? Conservative news sources better be reporting Criminal activity and costs to the locality caused by those who should be referenced as the INVADERS because the term “illegals” has been banned.THEN RAISE THE ISSUE IF AMERICANS WERE DOING THIS TO MEXICO WHAT WOULD HAPPEN ?? ALSO POINT OUT THE 2ND CLASS TREATMENT AMERICANS GET IN MEXICO
It is time we reassert our; pardon my using what that one worlder’s call a cussword, SOVEREIGNTY, and consider applying RECIPROCITY. Give the the same treatment an American gets in Mexico The Demorat party ignores what any any citizen of America gets in Mexico .Illegal or legal enty by a Gringo ?No Mexican tax money goes into free legal assistance, paid motel rooms for sneaking in, or subsidized living as well as free medical assistance all not being paid at the expense of the average struggling working tax paying Mexicans .

.Our border with Mexico has always been contentious not only with smugglers but on ocassion with Mexican bandits and military using Mexican Claims ,Allowing potential hostiles to the US property ownership to happen in those states could lead to serious problems in the future. There are constant claims that crop up by Mexican politicians that some of our southwestern states are Mexican territory.
.What Yahoo and CNN and the alphabetical swill mills won’t report this; Here’s aMexican Senator who recently said Mexico should take back states;
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-mews/3754791/posts Mex House speaker http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3756257/posts

Worse yet Huge ammounts of taxpayers funds are being given to illegals through taxes which are being passed on to our children’s children along with jobs which should be going to black Americans property ownership by illegal (another word banned ) is used in states which Mexico has previously claimed espcially Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado and of course California .That could be used to support any reclaiming effort should regime changes in Mexico arise . Our border with Mexico has always been contentious not only with smugglers but on ocassion with Mexican bandits and military problems which General Black Jack Pershing put down.

What never gets mentioned is that 2nd class treatment Americans get in Mexico in all of this Our allowing the hordes illegally entering the US through the Mexican border and granting them rights American cannot recieve in Mexico even when legally migrating there. We have avoided recognizing and dealing with the 2nd class treatment that American citizens get which is in their constitition while legally residing in Mexico. That includes denial of voting privileges but employment, and land ownership in their name.

.It’s time we consider illegal entry by any person who is a non Mexican citizen illegally entering the United States through the US Mexican border a defacto Mexican citizen with limited Mexican constitutional rights subject to their laws while transiting. As well as any Mexican citizen entering illegally exempting those who do so legally and meet US citizenship requirements.

. If we applied that reciprocal policy . Would that continue ? By.prohibiting and strictly enforcing existing laws prohibiting any illegal entrant employment, voting, and land ownership privileges fully enforced these problems would drop loke a rock. .In other words Once we remove the incentives to Sneak into this country before expulsion no job no voting no landowning this stuff would stop.

Never use the “S” word, secession. It scares the old people. Say things like split the union or regain state sovereignty. Never call it secession.
