Georgia Sen. Jon Ossoff’s (D) financial disclosers show he holds millions in Apple stock after he publicly criticized the company for profiting off “abusive” practices, according to a report.
Ossoff, in a Senate hearing last month, quizzed Apple’s Chief Compliance Officer, Kyle Andeer, on reports showing the company failed to regulate fraudulent iPhone applications available in its app store, according to the Washington Free Beacon, which first reported on the matter. The report showed “fake app developers have bilked customers out of millions of dollars in subscription fees, according to consumer watchdogs.”
The report outlines Ossoff’s hypocrisy for questioning Andeer on their billing practices during the hearing, saying, “Apple is making a cut on those abusive billing practices, are you not?” Ossoff currently holds a multi-million dollar stake in the company, according to his disclosures.

It seems like every day that Ossoff comes out of the closet as a Marxist, anti-Israel, hate-America wackjob. Keeping a list, adding to it weekly.
Examples?
Evidently this is what the GA voters wanted. Even if due to the probable cheating, the fact that this scumbag and the other imbecile were even close enough to cheat is a disgusting. I give it 50/50 Abrams is the next GA gov and then it’s lights out in GA.
Just a cautious side note. Lots of people have got Apple Products. And Apple Stock Shares are massive. Everything from China is abusive. Made in China is everywhere. I am a hypocrite too. I have got an Apple smart phone. Sad to see Georgia going to the commie rats though. Long live The message of Trump. America 1st!
No such thing as hypocrisy for Leftists. It’s all do as I say, not as I do.
This is like blaming EA games for buying to kill gaming companies and then investing in that business in the first place. We know democrats strive for business models the like of Apple which impose their views and products and whose sole imagination is Microsoft like business lawyer imagination.
Of course, voters who have no imagination and rely on entitlements and anti-discrimination could care less and keep voting as dead people for their own democrat deadness.
“a crypto wallet app that scammed a user out of his life savings (~$600,000) in bitcoin”
“Kosta Eleftheriou....repeatedly found scam apps that prey on ordinary iPhone and iPad owners by luring them into a ‘free trial’ of an app with seemingly thousands of fake 5-star reviews, only to charge them outrageous sums of money for a recurring subscription that many don’t understand how to cancel.”
Fake reviews are a form of wire fraud in my opinion.
“How could an app like this possibly have a 4.5-star rating in the App Store? Well, it wouldn’t if you actually averaged out each written review: Apple’s ‘4.5’ counts every disembodied rating where someone punched in a number of stars, even if that was just to dismiss an annoying pop-up so they could try the app. As Eleftheriou tells me (pointing to his tweet, which I’ve embedded below), ... would have had a rating of just 1.7 stars if you only counted reviews.”
“Apple didn’t remove that app for two whole months, and won’t tell us the reasons for the delay.”

Where did he get millions to invest? Is he laundering bribe money? Oh sorry I meant contributions.
Ga is 30% black. And in spite of overwhelming evidence that they’d be better off under Republican leadership they faithfully vote 95% Democrat every time. So a Republican has to get at least 70% of the white vote just to break even. But just winning isn’t enough. A Republican has to win by enough of a margin so that the ghettopotamus’s election stealing apparatus in Fulton and DeKalb counties can’t swing the vote. We also have a significant fraction of illegals who vote Democrat.
6 years my friends. November 3 republicans did not show up in January.
