One black construction worker who had worked at the site claimed that co-workers made "racial comments" and displayed confederate flags on their vehicles and hats. If true, did he ever report it? And wouldn't it be easy to identify those people if they are presumably the prime suspects?
I imagine that ropes in various configurations might be common at a construction site - to secure gates, to raise and lower things such as tools, and for other purposes.
Would a construction site typically have security cameras to protect the site from off-hours thieving and vandalism?
