Oh my God, the vetting process and this guy's self-awareness are non-existant, it seems. How did he think this would not be uncovered? Had she not committed suicide he might have stood a chance, but now he is done.

What’s that quote about dead girls or live boys? This guy should never have even talked about running for office. Yes, you can make mistakes and overcome, but this story should have been part of his announcement that he was running in the first place. Coming out later looks he got caught. Poor judgement is not a desirable characteristic.
