greta is full of anger and hate. This is not healthy. It’s especially bad for someone as young as she. It will block her normal development and turn her into a very unhappy, unstable adult.
Being totally focused on a single issue is a sign of being unwell. She needs to partake of some of life’s more enjoyable aspects while she’s still capable.
I know Sweden’s a sterile bore, but she can go to a country such as Spain or France, and enjoy a little of a more relaxed lifestyle to take her mind off the climate.
