An attorney representing Georgia citizens who secured the right to review over 145,000 absentee ballots cast in Fulton County in November told the judge overseeing the case that a top county election official could not say how many absentee ballots were printed.
Plaintiff’s attorney Bob Cheeley told Judge Brian Amero on Friday that Fulton County Registration Chief Ralph Jones, during a pretrial deposition, estimated the county printed 20,000 absentee ballots through a vendor in the 10 days leading up to the election.
Jones could not give the attorney a precise number.
“So I asked for the invoice, during the deposition, for those ballots. … As of now, I don’t have the invoice yet, so we still don’t know if it’s 20,000 or some other number,” Cheeley told Amero.
“I asked Mr. Jones questions about chain of custody of those papers [ballots] and who was limited access to those papers because that’s very, very important that you keep that under close scrutiny.. asked him also how many of those papers were actually printed and sent out to voters, and he didn’t know.”
Cheeley further recounted that he queried Jones about whether any of the ballots were left over, but the official could not say.

“There were persistent chain of custody issues throughout the entire absentee ballot processing system,” the report said.
It added that “the fact that ballots were delivered to State Farm Arena in unsecured mail carts is very concerning.”

In the official results, resident Joe Biden carried Georgia over former President Donald Trump by 11,779 votes, or 0.24 percent.

How many did the printer print? How many ballots were they invoiced for?
Is it really that hard?
The Fulton County election was a big joke during the election itself. I tried repeatedly to get an answer to a seemingly easy question (because I believed my vote had been stolen), and I kept being shuffled from one county “official” to another. All of them were sitting at home with their crying babies and barking dogs nearby. And the only answer available was “Who knows?”
What the Republicans should be doing is using the Georgia reform and doing is this *REVIEW THOSE GEORGIA SENATE ELECTION RESULTS

If the Georgia Secretary of State is in charge of voting he has the responsibility of enforcing the state’s regulations as to who votes. And eliminate those from voter lists who don’t qualify.
Assign prosecutors to personally canvass and investigate. Check if military actually voted by asking them. Identify all voters by checking on legal age their residency and citizenship. If found they do not qualify charge Illegals including state visitors known as snowbirds also include any technical computer fraudulent Italian programming testimony when presenting to the court and get these election results tossed. In the end it will determined that the real reason it was so easy to rig an election in this country is that the people who were supposedly in charge didn’t really believe democracy matters anymore. The whole Republic has become an incompetent bureaucratic joke.

Malfeasance or corruption?
......as someone who has been involved in countless depositions over several decades I can tell you that when a case goes to the mat (full jury trial, no settlement) those “I don’t knows” you uttered in a deposition months or years earlier could sink your ship. Meaning, YOU LOSE the verdict!

A Fulton County election official was quoted the other day, complaining ‘when does it stop??’ as if it was just beyond the pale to re-examine these 145,000 ballots. That’s an odd complaint.
The local media does not see the guile in their statement - that this is their election board’s job, their only job. Are we asking too much? And the media is on the side of the complainer... ‘these Trump supporting rubes ...’ is the undertone.
Not only should they know EXACTLY how many ballots were printed, but it sounds suspiciously like a guilty dog barking to complain about what you are designated to do as your primary responsibility.
If I asked my bank teller to recount the wad of cash I’ve just given her, I get a little suspicious when she rolls her eyes.

The Constitution doesn’t contain a clear-cut process to correct a stolen election. There are legal remedies available, but they would likely be tied up for decades.
I think the Founders just assumed that if the government ever became that corrupt, the people would just rise up and kill the corrupt officials, solving the problem. That’s why they gave us the Second Amendment.

Yes, but it does give the states the responsibility to administer all matters not specifically given to the federal government. I believe the election in question was for the two state senators and not a matter for federal intervention. And the conduct of elections being specifically assigned to the state legislatures, it seems to me they are the ones to remedy a stolen election.
I don’t know the process so I’m completely spit balling here, but it is possible this audit of Fulton County mail-in votes may raise an issue with the senate races. Pardue didn’t break 50% by only a few thousand. If invalid ballots (like, photocopies or test ballots) are found, is it in the realm of possibility for the Georgia legislature to recall a senator?
Speaking of invalid ballots, one election worker said that prior to the election, there were ‘test’ ballots made and run through the counting machines. These were not actual ballots but they looked as such by the machines. She claimed that there were stacks of thousands left on the counting room floor that “disappeared” that night.

Nor can he provide an invoice from the printer showing
how many were printed.
