We are probably at the point where where either 1) black racists plant these noose hoaxes to stir up a race war or 2) white people without any racial animosity are disgusted and fed up with being labeled “racist” for just existing plant these things to blow up the whole system.

I'm certain that black troublemakers planted those nooses because that is simply not the way white people in Connecticut even think! Even if there were "white racists" up here, the notion that they would take as their symbol something that is (right or wrong) associated with the slavery-era Deep South is laughable.
