My local radio station is still Rush Limbaugh. Ken Mathews is on now. Looked at Dan's website. Doing an eyeball estimate he has something like 50 to 60 radio stations to start off with. Not bad.

Buck Sexton...that sounds like a porn star name.
If true, my gut reaction is that this will be a short lived experiment.

I’ve listened to Clay Travis’ sports talk show and follow him on Twitter. He was adamant from the beginning of the pandemic that there never should have been lockdowns and called out athletes for embracing BLM and cow-towing to China. He’s had Trump, DeSantis, and Sen. Hawley as frequent guests and endorsed Trump last year.
Clay Travis and Buck Sexton to take over Rush Limbaugh Radio Show....
.....will be called “The Clay Travis & Buck Sexton Show”.

All I wanted was for them to replay all of Rush’s old shows. I worked 35 years in an office job and missed almost all of Rush’s broadcasts. I caught snippets here and there over the years. Sick days. Field trips. Field work. But I am sure I missed 95%+. Probably more.
Why not just rebroadcast Rush’s first show, start from there, and play the reruns. I would listen to every show. Sure, they would be outdated, but it would be a pleasure just listening to Rush rip liberals all day.
Where can we hear all his old replays?
I suppose, if you turn your tinfoil just the right way, you could ask the same of Bongino.

Ralph Waldo Emerson called exceptional people poets (he considered the supreme poets to be those whose life is a poem). He also said that the world awaits the arrival of a new poet.
All we can do is wait for the arrival of a new poet of Rush’s caliber.
It is sad to watch what was inevitable, different folks having to follow an impossibly tough act to follow. Buck Sexton has a show now, and he is very good. If you close your eyes, lol, he sounds peculiarly like Art Bell, IMHO. IThe other guy is a complete mystery.

Sexton is ex-CIA (when the CIA wasn’t run by leftist ideologues) and my impression of him is he’s a supporter of Trump and presents very good and logical arguments defending conservative viewpoints.
Secret Service is not CIA. Not even close.
I agree. Dan Bongino spends a lot of time talking about what he is soon going to be talking about.
I like Buck Sexton from the few times I have heard him.
Mostly listened via 24/7, but otherwise my sentiments exactly.
