Bongino was from a different network that was smart enough to jump in quickly to try and corner the time slot of Rush.

My local radio station is still Rush Limbaugh. Ken Mathews is on now. Looked at Dan's website. Doing an eyeball estimate he has something like 50 to 60 radio stations to start off with. Not bad.

Because Bongino and his marketers tried to push that.

Plenty of Freepers were fooled.

Cumulus/Westwood One does Bongino and has
put it on over 110 stations including those they own. I think the iHeart app
and site does have Bongino, or is that just a podcast...

Premiere did/does the Rush show. At one
point el Rushbo was on about 600 stations.
No idea the number of affiliates Clay and
Buck will have.
In 2004 progressive talk network Air America boasted they would eventually be on about 500 to 600 stations just like
Rush. Actually they folded.

In 2008 Rush’s contract renewal was 8 years at $50 M per year. Eight years
later he renewed but less money—terms not discussed.
