Beg to differ. They’ll point to the Senates failure, asking party lines, to vote to impeach Clinton. That was the point where Congress decided they were more interested in their own party than they were the nation.
Just a small correction: They DID vote to impeach but voted along party lines to acquit.
Clinton wasn’t the first to be impeached nor acquitted. Historians look for firsts.
Obambam was the first prez candidate to submit forged birth documents towards eligibility.
During our lifetimes (clinton impeachment as you mentioned) are not when the Congress FIRST decided they were more interested in their own party than they were in the nation. it’s happened before, likely more than once. this is just more of the same. more in our faces since news and facts travel faster and so many more ways then before.
