If that story (first time I've heard of it is today) is true, and there was a record in Hawaii, and the record was printed, embossed and sent to the WH, then fine. I'll believe there was a fraudulent historical birth record in Hawaii although it's not the simplest explanation. But I won't believe that the document sent from Hawaii to the WH was not sent from Hawaii to the WH and instead forged inside the WH. That kind of nonsense is one step away from complete insanity.
The governor of HI said he actually saw the record, “it was written down”. He did not say it was a birth certificate.
