The Feds have had to reorganized the charges, ever since one of the charging photographs (of Wolf man) included a doctored photo (sloppiness error),
and thus the documentation for (the Wolf man) photograph that was already entered into the court as evidence, needed to be changed.
The process of arraignment had been stalled, but is now moving forward.

I am convinced that most of the trouble makers there were ANTFIA plants. A few hot heads poking already angry people can turn a peaceful gathering into a lynch mob. Jan 6 was the worse thing that could ever happen for our cause. All it did was paint the whole movement as filled with unstable people. The Democrats will use this to try and go after people who disagree. Its already happening.

That would make sense. BUT, Mitch does want to take Trump out. He wants his cake and to eat it too. He would like the commission not to be used as a GOP battering ram, but would like it as a Trump battering ram. If he can get together with Shoemah and make that work, in my opinion he will.
