It’s nice to know that hispanics eligible to serve on juries are capable of rendering justice even when another hispanic is on trial. One time I was in Miami at a Publix grocery store. The Puerto Rican clerk was ringing up a hispanic woman who was speaking Spanish to her. The clerk snapped out “Speak English, you are in America now.” So, there is a lot of mixed feeling about the surge from the south.
