Perhaps not as bad as some urban ghettos, but similar problems.
I had Indian friends tell me the people who could leave the reservations, did, and made their way in the world.
Those are all still problems today.
I have a few friends who left and didn’t look back. I’m friends with the local chief, and they don’t really call the cops anymore. I’ll get a text with a picture of a problem vehicle and names of occupants, then it gets handled. Some lads have given up making trouble, but some never will
