No question that the vaccine nano particles holding the Spike Protein sweep through the circulatory system. However, it is my understanding that the lipid nano particle is designed to fuse only to antigen presenting cells (APC), deposit its Spike Protein payload, which migrate to lymph nodes and induce T cell activation and subsequent production of immune mediators. I think there are scientist who fail to understand this crucial mechanism. Maybe the design of the lipid nano particle is such a highly guarded proprietary secret that it opens up thinking left to speculation.
