Put them in solitary in the men’s prison. The state is legally responsible for the safety of female inmates, so I see a class action lawsuit against the state of California in the future.
The whole transgender thing has become my litmus test for determining if an individual person, be they your plumber or your congressman, has face planted into raw lunacy.
