MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is expanding his legal offensive against Dominion Voting Systems, now taking aim at another voting machine company, Smartmatic, as he continues to push allegations of fraud in the 2020 election.
Lindell's legal team prepared a new complaint for a federal court in Minnesota, dated Thursday, which accuses Dominion and Smartmatic of waging a "lawfare campaign," in which they allegedly are "weaponizing the judicial system and the litigation process to silence dissent, unpopular beliefs, or facts inconveniently out-of-line with mainstream groupthink."
Lindell, an ally of former President Donald Trump who has insisted the Republican will be reinstated at the White House by August and claims he has evidence that will convince the Supreme Court to side with him unanimously, argues he is "entitled to recover his actual and special damages from Dominion and Smartmatic for their collective role in their conspiracy and enterprise to harm him — damages which presently are estimated to exceed $2 billion."

He is of course absolutely correct in every one of his assertions. But, our courts are so political (corrupt) it’s not going to be an easy road to get a judgment in his favor in this process.

I was watching too, hence the post. By the way, Lindell is my least favorite guest on War Room. Bannon could scale back Lindell's appearances a bit.
The democrats, as is common among communist and fascist regimes seizing power, were careful to get control of the judicial branch in anticipation of challenges to their takeover.

I am no lawyer so I can’t speak with authority, but I am aware there are “anti-slapp” cases. Basically if you say something or make an assertion and are sued for it, it is a legal defense to prevent (dismiss) lawsuits that are designed to or intended to silence your free speech.
Mike’s pillows must make for some sweet dreams. Supreme Court already showed who they work for.
Remember “oxymoron,” introduced by George Will in the 1990s?
It will probably take another 20 years to be rid of overuse of “allege” and its variations.
He’s one of my favorite guests. His presentation isn’t great — could use some polish — but his info is. I appreciate Bannon having him on often.
