The Time of Romney-Ryan Republicanism Is Over

Paul Ryan (I know, sorry for bringing him up) delivered a speech at the Reagan Presidential Library at the end of May in which he sought to reassert himself as a leader of the Republican Party. His shtick was the same spit wash that Mitt Romney, Liz Cheney, and George Bush have tried rubbing on the Republican electorate time and again since Biden's official installation. We're better than this reality TV outsider who hijacked the party. Boo to populism; yay to True Conservatism, Inc.! This is serious, people; we're at a 'crossroads' here.

I'll tell ya, he sold me. If we act now and hand the party back to the likes of Romney, Bill Kristol, Nicolle Wallace, Steve Schmidt, Michael Steele, and all those Lincoln Project pedophile-protectors, then True Conservatism can finally be conserved most conservatively. It will be awesome! All that is required is a recurring hundred-dollar monthly donation and an annual vacation booking on Cruise Ship Bloviate, where D.C. "Smart People" will deign to entertain the riffraff from flyover country with their vacuous circumlocution, haughty preening, and selling of indulgences to those poor pensioners willing to buy whatever new book some intern wrote for the grifters to hock.

Boy, just thinking about all those yahoos makes me that much more thankful that Donald Trump came around to expose the Republican Brahmin class for what it is. To be so off-putting yet so capable of putting on airs is a tremendous talent that distinguishes the serpent-tongued Republicans of D.C. from the unkempt and unworthy horde of voters who know only how "to say what they mean and mean what they say." Honest plain speaking is for the rubes;

There was never a time of Ryan-Romney Republicanism for it to be over now. It never happened. Not even when Ryan was Speaker.
Whoever invited the snake Ryan to give a speech at the Reagan Library is one sick puppy.

Take a look at the Reagan Library board of directors. It is the swamp personified.

That would explain that Ryan invitation.
They seem to forget that the Reagan Library in itself is not Reagan. They are busy making themselves irrelevant.

Even if we leave the politics out of it, Ryan is an abject loser who shouldn’t be invited to anything related to the GOP, conservative principles, etc.

The guy was the Speaker of the House during a brief time in history when the Republican Party was positioned to enact whatever legislative agenda it wanted. He didn’t get the job done. And then he quit on his constituents, his party, and whatever political agenda he’s peddling now. Who would even take an @sshole like this seriously anymore?

The workers of the private sector, the mechanics, the programmers, the farmers, the engineers, the truck drivers, the retail workers — we yearn for someone who will care about OUR interests in a stable and thriving economy, where we can provide for our families in safety.

For a while, we had Trump. We got a taste. And now our thirst grows stronger.

The GOPe cares. It cares for its Globalist donors just the same for the Rats.

Everything else is pretense. The special interests control the legislation.
They stop the good legislation.

Look what Big Pharma did with HCQ and Ivermectin through its man Dr. Fallacy.

Ryan allowed over 40 Republican seats to retire, literally handing the House in the mid-terms to the Pelosi hordes lusting for impeachment. Here’s another thing. . .Joe Biden, the dumbest man in the Senate, wiped the floor with Ryan in the 2012 VP debate. . .what does that tell ya?

You pretty much cover it. The Republican Congress people seem to like voting for the worst people as the Speaker.
The totally terrible John Boehner, then Ryan? Then they couldn't even vote out the evil witch Cheney the first time?

I left that party over 16 years ago. Their lack of support for Trump’s ideas vindicated that choice.

If the party changes, I’ll come back. But it’s not promising.

I only vote R because they are closer to my viewpoints than the D’s, but not by much.

Rich Boy Ryan, who is now even Richer since taking his swamp pay-offs after leaving office, moved out of his Wisconsin mansion for the DC suburbs. He couldn’t even win his old district back if he ran again. And Rotten Ryan thinks he is the leader of the GOP?

Well said. Ryan had access to the golden ticket. He absolutely could have been a transcendent Speaker and politician, but he choked. He lost, big time. He sold out and now he is just another forgettable losers. Oh sure, he’s still cashing in his chips from his sellout, but he’ll likely never get anywhere near holding any political office ever again. The guy is a deceitful traitor who sold out.

You left out the drug and alcohol czar, Boner !
He purposely made the GOP wallow indecisively for his entire term.
Wasted time by a wasted leader (?).

See, this is a typical GOP screw-up in the making. Why would anyone want to include Ryan or Romney in anything. Without Trump supporters, these two dummies would already be preaching. Not only are they losers, they are a terrible infection that we cannot allow to have a voice.

Ryan allowed over 40 Republican seats to retire,

That about how many people were there to watch him speak. More than half were white haired old women.

There are lots of FR GOP fanboys who would vote for this turd or the like without batting an eye, he’s GOP, doesn’t matter he stands for nothing or is a collaborator, he’s GOP and a member of the country club.

If the GOP reverts back to its usual cowardly self get ready for an a$$ kicking come November 2022 because the Trump voters are not interested in the Bush/McRomney/Ryan GOP brand. They hate us and we hate them.
