The DOJ’s argument concerns Trump’s qualified immunity, as he was acting in his public capacity. If the DOJ is allowed to intervene, Trump is not personally liable, at least that’s my take on it. They may very well reach a nasty settlement which attempts to paint Trump in as negative light as possible, but without personal liability. At least that’s my take on these pleadings.

This was not on anyone’s radar. Such a thing had never been done on a national scale in the history of this country. That bridge has been crossed. It is now on the radar screen in 4K resolution. To do it again is a hurdle too high. President Trump and his team have 4 years to prepare themselves. The audits continue to reveal levels of foul play on a massive scale.
I am not one who has confidence in an overturning of this last election but, now that the fraud perpetrated is being revealed more and more as the weeks go by, pulling it off a second time is highly unlikely.
That was the DC Establishments Nuclear Option. It removed President Trump from office via massive fraud but, it didn’t kill him. This fact is DC’s biggest failure and their biggest problem. Trump does not cower in the face of terrible odds. Hs history is he thrives in those environments. His life is a testament to this.

Only massive voter fraud by the Dems and RINOs removed him from office.

Agree 100%. Yet, we have supposedly “Conservative” Freepers who have their panties in a twist insisting that the Dems will sink Donald Trump in 2024 with lawsuits and allegations that he cannot possibly counter and that he has no chance for election in 2024.
The Vast Majority of these Freepers are from the Hard Blue States. They are suffocated 24/7 with MSM Propaganda and they have succumbed to that propaganda.
