I don’t really blame this imbecile. There’s media-manufactured conventional wisdom now that the nation’s police departments gun down thousands of law-abiding black folks annually. There was a survey a few months ago that showed a near majority of self-described liberals believing this garbage narrative, with a surprising share of conservatives (20%?) buying it.

I was talking to a young man some years ago who just got some kind of sports / social justice degree and he asked me what I thought about the kneeling that had just started.

I explained it showed how college sports players are coddled through school without learning basic math or research skills because they didn't know how to look up statistics to find out that blacks were not being killed by police in large numbers.

Sorry but only 2 black people were shot by police unjustifiably, and I. Both those cases the cops were arrested and convicted. It is a blatant lie that cops are shooting black people ‘for no reason at will. They go out of their way to avoid having to shoot black people. More whites were shot by cops than blacks, and more cops lost their lives than black folks did in 2019. 54 cops lost their lives that year, while 19 blacks did, all but 2 justifiably
