Governor Abbott is exactly right, and within his constitutional authority.
The feds have been engaged in lawless behavior for 160 years, and look at all the incredible and needless suffering that has resulted.
The point is the Supreme court does not have jurisdiction. If more states would just stop letting the black robed tyrants run over them, and actually start nullifying unconstitutional edicts, a good part of their illegal power would be drained away.
