He should win this suit but it doesn’t really matter that he wins.
The process is the punishment.
Even if all of his legal fees are covered by Alliance Defending Freedom he still is going to take a lot of time away from his business and family to deal with these SJWs and their harassment.
Plus there are the persistent harassing phone calls, nasty letters, vile post on his social media pages.
This man is true giant of a man for saying in business after all of this time.
These horrible people do not give up. They will dog this man’s trail to the end of his days.
We need to turn the tables on those who abuse the law. Make them pay.
Which is why he should counter sue and request the court to award damages AND Attorney Client Costs.
