She died from anaphylactic shock due to her immune system’s extreme reaction to the covid spike proteins that the viral m-RNA injected into her forced her cells to produce.
The people who dropped dead from covid itself were allergic to the spike proteins the instant they entered the blood stream:

Maybe improper needle injection procedures sent an air bubble into her vein. Small embolisms generally dissipate into the bloodstream and don’t cause serious problems. Large air embolisms can cause strokes or heart attacks and could be fatal.
Physicians didn’t know any more about the virus than did the average Joe listening to main street media. A big scramble for information went on the whole time. They didn’t want to come off as stupid with their patients, so most, when asked, told the patients to take the vaccine. They didn’t want to be accused of being remiss, so they jumped in with both feet and urged pretty much everyone to definitely take he shot at the first opportunity.

one in how many, working hard to prove its safe. If she died of a heart attack during the scamdemic her death would be listed as covid. But she died of a heart attack unrelated to the vax
But if she had covid and died of a heart attack it would be she died of covid.
