Employers are specifically excluded from being required to follow HIPPA.
I don’t know about ADA but unless not being vaccinated becomes legally classified as a disability that probably wont apply either.
So why don’t companies asked the un-vaccinated to sign a waiver releasing the company and fellow employees from liability should someone get sick?
Hell, there’s waivers for everything else.
