..do all appointments require only a simple majority in the Senate, or is that only judges?

I just looked it up, and according to what i read, all appointments except Supreme Court require only 51 votes in the senate to confirm. Used to be 60 for everything, until 2013 when Harry threw a hissy fit and went nuclear.
