Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley, in testimony at a hearing Wednesday on the Defense Department budget, said — in comments that have since gone viral — “I personally find it offensive that we are accusing the United States military … of being ‘woke’ or something else because we’re studying some theories that are out there.”
In a lengthy introduction, Republican Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz claimed the military’s introduction of the study of extremism and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin’s one-day stand-down order is the “number one” complaint he hears from service members. He ultimately asked how the department should think about critical race theory. After Austin had his say, in which he noted that he’s received far more troop support for their efforts than gripes, Milley was given a chance to also respond.
He told the lawmakers he believed members of the U.S. Army should be “open-minded and be widely read.”

What he calls “studying” I see as “implementing.”
What disgraces all of the JCOS assclowns are. But, not to worry. They’ll all get lucrative jobs with defense contractors.
Imagine a General - or anyone for that matter - testifying in Congress and talking about ‘black criminality.’ People would lose their minds and the General would be cashiered while still sitting at the table, and possibly even prosecuted for conduct unbecoming.
We’re in strange times where it’s fine - even required - to openly discuss the alleged infirmities of one race while prohibiting similar discussion about all other races.
This general needs to resign in disgrace because that’s what he is - a disgrace.
He admits that he doesn’t know what CRT is. Yet he’s sure it should be taught.

More likely Biden will award him the Presidential Medal of Freedom. That’s just how upside-down this country is.
As a side note, Gen. Milley is behaving something like a kapo. Is that too extreme a comparison? Maybe. But nevertheless there is some similarity.
Why is the general not discussing “black rage”, too?
The general does not believe people have constitutional (or human) rights.
Even if mischaracterized purposely as “rage”, people have the right to feel rage.

There was nothing about January 6th that was an insurrection, it was a pointless attempt to demonstrate to the Congress to do the right thing and not to further the fraud.
