I don’t believe this account at all.
Nobody had warning, is my take seeing the two block to the south view of the collapse.
I suspect someone was parking at 530 in the a.m., hit an already deteriorated ready to compromise support, and the rest ensued within seconds.
Nobody got to any stairs.

You’re wrong. Another resident, whom is one of the missing, told her son that the building had been making weird noises in the middle of the night right before the accident. I believe this woman’s account, and yes, there were warnings, for those whom chose to listen.

This is security camera footage from inside a condo in the building. The resident was not at home. It looks like the crumbling started and there was a very little time to react. There was already “snow” accumulated in the video though.
It happened at 1:30 AM, just when the bars have closed and the drunks start driving. Yeah. I could see a drunk taking out a column.
