Nope, they are a pretty quiet bunch. I have only known about it for a couple of years but in that time have met and talked to several.

Because some conspiracy theories are true and obvious to thinking people (ivermectin suppression, lab-made COVID, Russia hoax, Ukraine hoax, deadly insurrection hoax, etc.), the Q people are easily led by gurus to believe EVERY conspiracy theory is true. The theories get woven together.
For example, they could be led to believe George Floyd is alive because their source for real news pushes this theory that sounds plausible compared to similar stories like the Jeffrey Epstein suicide.
The Q phenomenon is a reaction to fake news.
