AND HERE’s ANOTHER GEM FROM OBAMA’s PICK - THE WISE LATINA:
In her dissenting opinion, Justice Sonia Sotomayor stated that “Today’s decision discards decades of First Amendment jurisprudence recognizing that reporting and disclosure requirements do not directly burden associational rights.”

She would have shot down the Miranda ruling if that’s her feelings.

Snort.
Deep State controls SCOTUS. Tells it what to take, what to write.
Anybody who thinks we still have an independent judiciary is in a for a very nasty surprise.

The left uses these lists of donors to destroy people they don’t like. Making the lists public is a deterrent to free speech and freedom of expression and basic privacy rights.

What was California’s purported rationale for wanting this information in the first place? Anyone know?
To: SeekAndFind
I can never understand why liberals cannot see that the laws or methods they want to use can ultimately be used against them.
Get rid of the filibuster, the next administration uses it against your own members. Get rid of privacy rights and it will be used against you.

The ONLY impetus for obtaining these donor lists is for doxing and applying criminal harassment against the donors. The homo groups are famous for this.

Does she ever cite the Constitution in her dissents. Seems like she only ever cites bad precedent in lower court decisions. She seems to be intellectually incurious.

Our criminal establishments only enacts laws so that they can be used like a hunting license.
