A parolee was sentenced to death Thursday for murdering three people and trying to kill two others in Downey while posing as a prospective buyer of a Chevrolet Camaro.

Jade Douglas Harris — who was prosecuted under prior Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey’s administration — is the first person to be sentenced to death during current District Attorney George Gascon’s administration.

Soros DA Gascon in Los Angeles wanted a statement read to try and get him off the hook from Death Penalty. Judge slapped him down wouldn't allow the statement. Gascon is one evil monster. And being recalled too.

In a Tweet posted shortly before Thursday’s sentencing, McKinney called it “one of the most horrendous crimes I ever prosecuted.”

“If he committed the same murders today, DA Gascón wouldn’t charge special circs (circumstances) or gun allegations and Harris would be eligible for parole after just 20 years,” the prosecutor wrote in his Tweet.

That’s federal. Newsome has a moratorium on executions, as does Oregon. The will of the people is being ignored by corrupt Executives.

It will be interesting to see if Garcon actually gets recalled. It would be somewhat reassuring if it happened. But, I wouldn’t hold your breath.

With respect to this particularly incident, the last time the state of California actually put someone to death was 2005 or 2006. It’s highly unlikely anyone will ever be put to death again in the state no matter how heinous the crime.

There may be some utilitarian value of sentencing someone to death insomuch that it may help foreclose the possibility of parole.

yes, not even the Governor can commute a death sentence. That’s why the communist Gascon is doing away with all special circumstances that allow a death sentence. He knows the monsters can be paroled even if life with no parole.

He is every bit as much a monster as the killers he wants to be paroled. Of course they never put anyone to death in California. Richard Ramirez, the worse of the worse died a few years ago. He had been in prison for over 20 years..on death row. Newsome suspended all executions like Garland has just done. They are monsters. All of em.

Why Recall Fever Is Sweeping California

During the first five months of 2021, active recall efforts - those in which an official step has been taken - have targeted at least 68 local officials in California, according to a Times analysis.

If we had a sane nation, he would have been shot against the wall behind the court after this sentence. A rabid dog is more worthy of mercy than this monstrous demon.

Gascon won’t get recalled anymore than Newsome. And if, on the off chance that he/they do, they’ll be replaced by someone just as, or more, Leftist.

Read that he was a former Deputy Chief in LAPD. Interesting. Wonder if there is anyone on here that was there, or knows someone, during his tenure. If one is this much of a radical, I can’t imagine what he was like as a cop.

Isn't it demonic how monsters like Gascon will contort themselves into pretzel knots to spare the life of an evil incorrigible killer, and yet allow countless thousands upon thousands of innocents to be slaughtered in the womb. Even King Herod is jealous. Satanic is the only word for it.

They must not be too bad. The good people of California continue to elect them by the trainloads and by landslides. President Trump, on the other hand is roundly rejected. As a wise man once said, “you get the Government you deserve.”
