Palace Staff is a Prestigious Position and they are traditionally treated with RESPECT for their Knowledge and Expertise. They are not used to being treated like crap and looked down upon as little more than personal slaves. Markle treated them like crap.
I just wonder who the hell she thinks she is - she wasn’t born into a position where she had people designated to work for her while she ran a big house. What made her think she knew better than they did? Obviously she doesn’t realize that real class is treating everyone with respect.

Exactly. All the reports of the Queen, prince Philip, Charles, william, anne etc show that they are appreciative, friendly and excellent people to work for. People stay on for years even if they could get better salaries elsewhere. The reason is that they feel appreciated and they enjoy their jobs.
