They deliberately and intentionally let the numbers rise so they can declare an “emergency” and then proceed to take away all rights from law-abiding, non-violent people.

The intention is to take guns from law-abiding, non-violent people and to leave them in the hands of violent criminals so the criminals will steal from the non-violent citizens.
