York County is strongly Republican as well, perhaps the only East Coast metro area north of Lynchburg, Virginia to give Trump an almost 2:1 margin. Both Tioga and York Counties have Republicans controlling the respective court houses. Perhaps the reason they were chosen is because they are likely to respond to the request, while Philadelphia County will refuse.

At first glance, these are three counties on the North, South and Eastern borders of the state. That gives a bit of geographic diversity. They also balanced the largest Dem county in the state with two Republican counties. The election by the numbers in these three counties:

Republican ruled counties can be expected to cooperate with the audit, in comparison with the Dem counties. Considering that we have statistical evidence that an algorithm was used to steal PA, which included Big Tech's campaign to register phantom voters to make total voter registration come close to 100% of the population, it makes sense to examine smaller counties, especially those using the voting machines, to see if results like those in Antrim County, MI are found, of large numbers of fake ballots are found. Joe and the Ho's margin of "victory" was only 80,555 votes. According to ConservativeInPA's analysis PA has 56 Republican controlled counties. So, if on average, each of those 56 counties were to discover 1439 illegal votes on average from the audit, that would be enough to flip the presidential electors, even if the 11 Dem counties refuse to cooperate. The more fraud found in Republican counties from the audit, the more pressure that creates to audit the obstructionist Dem counties.

The PA Commonwealth Court can be expected to back the legislature's right to subpoena the ballots and voting machines. The PA Supreme Court is a different matter.
